At the Kraus Back and Neck Institute, we are constantly reviewing our treatment protocols, and studying our data, and using what we learn from our research, for the treatment of future patients.  Many of the patients we have treated, with non-surgical conservative care approaches to pain in the low back and neck, have achieved a good deal of improvement.  Those who do not get adequate relief of pain from conservative care, can be moved to the surgical arm of our program.  Since we conduct both non-surgical conservative care as well as surgical measures in the treatment of back and neck pain, our patients are assured a seamless continuum of care.
